This thread discusses the Content article: Alan Page - The First Hero

Florio at PFT has started a series on heroes of the 2007 season, and his first award was named in honor of Alan Page. You can see in the brief read which is more about Alan Page than his winner Michael Strahan, that Page influenced Florio growing up as a sports idol the professional athletes can become.

I'm sure Alan will have a smile after he reads it too.

Alan Page is the best, always will be, has anyone ever seen the special on him on NFL Net. or FSN or whatever it is?Amazing that the Vikings let him go because they thought he didnt have anything left and went to the Bears and had one of his best years!They were showing him doing pushups during TV timouts!
