mmmmm cheezy!
Here is a popular (at least around my crew) potato side dish to add to to your grill.


Needed:
Six Potatos (Idaho russet or red potatos)
1/4 cup of Butter
1/4 cup Yellow onion
1/4 cup green(or red) pepper
1/4 cup cooked bacon (diced)
1 cup shreaded cheeze (chedder)
Celery salt

Grab some tinfoil and spray with Pam no sitck grilling spray. Dice six (6) regular size potatos, and add approx. 1/4 of a yellow onion, 1/4 diced green (or red) pepper and a quarter cup cooked bacon. Cooked & diced spam is a good substitue for bacon (pictured). Place on tinfoil.
Top with butter and sprinkle celery salt..  Cover with second sheet of tinfoil and so that butter does not leak onto grill.

Cook on top deck at 350 degrees for approx 1 hour. Remove from grill and sprinkle generously with chedder cheeze and allow to melt. Serves six (6).

That looks GOOD! I had the wife come over and look because she loves loaded bake potatoes. It is now in our recipe list.
