Deviled eggs make a tasty hors d'oeuvres on game day! It is a nice side dish and great finger food. There are many recipes for deviled eggs but this one is my favorite. Our local grocery store sells pealed hard boiled eggs which is great because I am lazy!

Needed:

6 hard boiled eggs (large)
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon mustard (Honey mustard is better)
1 teaspoon vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Paprika

Slice eggs in half.  Place egg whites on a plate or serving tray.

Remove the egg yolks to a small bowl and mash with a fork. Add mayonnaise, honey mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Fill the empty egg white shells with the mixture and sprinkle lightly with paprika.

Cover and refridgerate for up to one day before serving.
