Thor's Caviar
OK... It's time to bring out the "Big Guns" and this is one HOT dip that will bring Thor's Thunder!

CAUTION: If you don't like hot stuff, you won't like this one.

THOR' CAVIAR is a great dip to be served with chips it is really good with with Tostitos Scoops!

Needed:
1 C. Sugar
1/3 C. oil
3/4 C. Vinegar
1/2 tsp. pepper

(I double the above four)

Add:
1 small purple onion (chopped)
1 can pinto beens (drained)
1/2 green pepper (chopped)
1/2 red pepper (chopped)
1 can whole kernal corn (drained)
1 can blacke-eyed peas (drained)
1 C. chopped celery

1 can jalapenos-chopped (do not drain for uber hot!!!)

Optional & Recomended!!!
1 small can chopped mushrooms
1 small can chopped black olives

Throw all ingredients into cooking pot bring to boil quickly, cover, and then cool to room temperature. Marinate in the pot 24-48 hours. (the longer the better)

Refrigerate. Serve with chips.

If you like it hot... you will like Thor's Caviar.
