The 9-1 Minnesota Vikings take on division foes...da Bears in this Week 11 NFC Norris Division matchup. The Bears have had their share of trouble this season. It's looking more and more like their offseason maneuver to bring in Jay Cutler to play QB from Denver...hasn't quite pannned out like they would have liked. I really thought he would make the Bears a contender after the Grossman/Orton years. On top of that...losing Brian Urlacher in week 1 was equivalent to a defensive heart transplant in-season. They just haven't been the same. After catching the Bears games the last few weeks; seems to me the Vikings should have a pretty easy time of it this Sunday at the Homer Dome.

On the other side of the ball...the Vikings took care of the Seachickens last week and kept Greg the Greek's roll going. Almost nailed the score dead on the head. It was nice to see us get a comfortable enough lead to get T-Jack some snaps and get some of our every downers some rest. As we come into these last 6 weeks of the regular season...having our guys with a bit fresher legs will be huge. Getting Antoine Winfield back down the home stretch will be a welcomed  addition back into our secondary. 

I think the Vikings take the same modus operandi as the last couple weeks. We build a comfortable early lead and then start the ball control offense in the 2nd half. Our rush DEF. should be in Cutler's face all day, and the Vikings run DEF.  has no problem stuffing the mediocre Bears ground game.

Greg the Greek's stats year to date: I am 9-4-1 against the spread and 9-5 on over/under's - That's 18-9-1 for the season...well above .500 on both sides of the coin...so to speak. Ride Greg the Greek's wave while it's still rolling...Skol Vikes !!
