Lions  vs. Vikings

Week 10

The Vikings come back home to the dome after getting some much needed rest on their bye week. The hapless 1-8 Detroit Kittens come into the Metrodome as 17 point dogs. The spread is right about where it should be as I think this game falls right around that number. I think the Vikings will come out and stuff the Lions while building a comfortable lead in the 1st half.

If the Vikings do build a comfortable lead - I think the Vikings will pull Favre and get T-Jack some snaps. Antoine Winfiled sits this game out as well and continues his road to recovery. We are going to need him back for the final 6 game stretch run. 

All that being said - the Vikings back off late in the 3rd and 4th quarters and the Lions get a late meaningless score to cover the 17 point spread. The game goes over as the Vikings offense has their way and the Lions get a couple accidental scores late to knock it over the 48.

Greg the Greek's stats year to date: I am 8-4 betting the Vikings against the spread and 8-4 on Vikingss over/under's - Last week I nailed both sides as the Vikings covered the spread against the Pack at Lambeau and the game went well over.

My prediction: Lions & Over

Vikings - 31
