The Vikings head on down to Charlotte, NC for a week 14 NFL Sunday Night matchup. Let's just hope we play better than our Sunday night appearance a couple weeks ago !?  This would be a big win for the Vikings as they are now only 1/2 game back in the NFC chase for home field advantage thru the playoffs with that Saints loss to the Cowgirls yesterday. The Panthers are devasted with 17 players currently on their injured list (see below)...including two QB's and a gaggle of other Panthers which leaves Matt Moore at the helm for Carolina.

The Vikes come into this game on a roll after a nice win last week vs the Bengals at the Homer dome. I can't see the Vikes squandering this one. The line has moved from the Vikes being 6.5 point to 9 point favorites. I'm sure the line move is directly related to the injury report. The Vikes cover the 9 points easily and the game barely creeps over as the Panthers manage to put 10 up against the stout Viking DEFENSE.

Greg the Greek's stats year to date: I am 9-6-1 betting the Vikings against the spread and 9-7 on Vikingss over/under's - I got skunked again last week as the  Vikings covered the 6.5 points and the game barely stayed under. That's two weeks in a row for Greg the Greek. The buck stops tonight and they jump into Greg the Greek's pocket !!
