ImageThe NFL will kick off the 2007 season on Thursday, Sept. 6 when the New Orleans Saints travel to Indianapolis to take on the defending Super Bowl champion Colts. Kickoff is at 8:30 p.m. ET on NBC.


The NFL's free kickoff event, featuring performances from Faith Hill, Kelly Clarkson and Hinder is located at Monument Circle in downtown Indianapolis on Thursday, Sept. 6. Gates will open at 3 p.m. John Mellencamp will perform later from the RCA Dome.
